The new Hairdirect.com completes a strategic, four-year vision to redefine the online hair buying experience. The new website aims to boost customer satisfaction with all-new features, including:

Other key components of the new site include a faceted store search that makes it easier for customers to find products based on specific needs, and user-generated content, which enables comments and information sharing on any part of the site.

To bring the new site to life, Hair Direct contracted with three Pennsylvania-based web development/e-commerce firms and ramped up in-house talent hires.
