Austin, TX - September 29, 2010 -- Robb Hamic and David Kahn of Israeli Krav Maga have launched a new website to promote authentic Israeli Krav Maga.  This new website is a collaboration between the two instructors it is designed to educate the public as to the history and lineage of Israeli Krav Maga.

The new website is appropriately titled: Israeli Krav Maga- Authentic Israeli Krav Maga. http://www.israelikravmaga.co Robb Hamic and David Kahn are friends and each teach Israeli Krav Maga- Gidon System in the United States and overseas. They are professional Israeli Krav Maga Instructors and protection specialists. Their mission statement is to transfer knowledge as teachers to their students to help them feel safer. They are the absolute best at what they do.

Israeli Krav Maga is the most developed fighting system in the world. Krav Maga is a mindset and it is used for self-defense. With that being said, if you are attacked, Krav Maga teaches you to use all methods and fighting to overwhelm the attacker and then retreat for survival. It combines up-fighting, kicking, Thai Boxing, grappling, ground-fighting, knife fighting and defenses, stick fighting and defenses, gun fighting and defenses, long gun fighting and defenses and tactics. There are no rules in Krav Maga. Authentic Krav Maga is Israeli and we train in Israel with the Grand Master.

The website is made up of several pages that feature the Israeli Krav Maga ’s company information, course information, instructor biographies, DVD and book sales, press and media and an interactive calander.

While Robb Hamic and David Kahn operate their own respective companies on different ends of the United States they decided to come together with this website because their objectives were aligned.  “I was happy to meet a guy like David Kahn.  He is a consummate professional and he is a well-recognized figure in the krav maga world.  I was humbled when he gave me the Israeli Krav Maga logo to use freely in my clubs.  It made sense to me not to reinvent a recognized symbol and I plan to expand my operations throughout the United States and Internationally,” says Robb Hamic, Chief Instructor for Summit Self Defense/ Israeli Krav Maga now based out of Austin Texas.
